Awesome food! Awesome staff serving with smiles!! Pleasant environment! The shop was just near the parking lot and it was much easier to get in and get off. We entered the place 15 mins before the closing time. But the friendly staff welcomed and served with all smiles. Tom yum soup with chicken, prawn cutlets were a favourite. Pad Thai was just yum!!

What can I say? Thai Charm is just an amazing restaurant! The food is always great and the service is friendly and efficient. The staff are delightful and always seem happy. My favourite Thai restaurant in the Bay! I moved back to Sydney a few weeks ago but had to return to the Bay yesterday for an event. I timed my trip to arrive around lunchtime, just so I could have lunch here. I ordered the lunch special, kaprow gai (chilli basil chicken), and as always, it was tasty and delightful. Mangoes are in season, so I just had to have mango and sticky rice 😋. It was so tasty and it was presented so well. I may not be living in the Bay anymore but I will always return to Thai Charm whenever I am in the area. Aroi mak! Kop khun krap!

So surprised, I would easily rate this as one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in Australia. We’ve lived in the Bay for over a year and go out at least once a week. We walked past this restaurant countless times and never gave it a go and I’m so glad today we did. The restaurant has a nice ambience and is very clean and tidy. The staff were all super friendly and you can see they take pride in what they offer. The prawn crackers were great. The duck in Tamarind Sauce I had was near perfect. May I just add, the broccoli that came with it must be best I’ve ever tasted. My wife had the soft shell crab salad which she gave a 5/5. Even the presentation was on point. All in all, I couldn’t fault my experience here today, and the fact that we heard singing coming from the kitchen just made it that little bit special. Thank you! 🙏
